The Billet BumpStep is made by hand in our tool room in Bolingbrook, IL by American Machinists on American made CNC machines. This version is machined in two separate pieces to add in custom styling and a multitude of features. Only available in limited quantities, our machinists begin with an 18.7 pound solid aluminum billet for the step and a 5.98 pound solid aluminum billet for the post. Working across multiple CNC machines, it takes HOURS to sculpt each piece of aluminum down into the components used to create this product. Featuring specialized cut outs, the step itself is lightweight and easy-to-handle, all while maintaining its unbeatable durability and quality. The post and step are machined for a precision fit, and support USA made high-quality 304 stainless steel hardware. Custom fixtures had to be made, programs written and more specialized cutters purchased, all to make our newest, and worlds best bumper protector/step. The Billet BumpStep fits any vehicle with a standard 2″ receiver hitch. The aluminum is hard-anodized for corrosion resistance and scratch protection.

Super strong rattle free installation utilizing a 5/8″ install stainless steel hardware with a theft deterrent Allen Key bolt to help prevent theft of your Billet BumpStep. 1/2″ Allen Key is required to fasten.

12″ wide and 2-3/4″ tall, with a convenient 3 3/4″ deep step.

• Stainless steel theft deterrent 1/2″ Allen Key bolt to help prevent theft of your Billet BumpStep.
• Stainless nut, flat washer and lock washer to further resist rust/corrosion even in the worst of environments.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

WeatherTech Direct, LLC warrants that our products will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser and only for the original vehicle they were installed in. That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like tires, brake pads or the shoes on your feet, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money.

We are reasonable people and we believe in true customer satisfaction. We will work with you for a fair resolution to any issue you may have. Fair is defined as being fair to both you the customer and to WeatherTech. We do not charge extra for our products to our vast majority of customers so we can accommodate ridiculous warranty claims by the few. Our decision is final and will consist of either replacement of your product at no charge or charge you a prorated amount for a replacement, meaning we may extend a discount to you to purchase an exact replacement. Our goal is to keep our customers happy for a lifetime and always reach a fair resolution to any issue. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, incorrect use, etc.

Installation Please (Fits standard 2″ receiver hitches only)

Note: If your BumpStep has been involved in an impact or accident it is important to have it inspected for cracks or fractures prior to placing any weight or loads upon it. Please send it to WeatherTech, BumpStep Inspection, 1 MacNeil Court, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 and we will be happy to inspect it and advise you if it needs to be replaced.
