The Garrett PowerMax Turbos are purpose-built, stock-appearing, and stock-location upgrade turbos designed for long-term OE durability and simple installation. The Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 turbocharger upgrade for the 2017+ F-150 and F-150 Raptor platform provides 54% more airflow than OEM and will support up to 700+ BHP *. Improvements in compressor efficiency and flow can be attributed to the 60mm fully-machined compressor wheel. Turbine flow is increased by 52% compared to OEM with a 50mm Inconel turbine wheel and larger 0.45 A/R turbine housing. This turbocharger kit comes fully assembled, calibrated, and is outline interchangeable with the OE hardware to ensure a perfect fit every time.

The OEM exhaust manifolds are known to crack and fail. Why take the risk of having to do the job over again in the event of a preventable failure? The Full-Race Formline Gen 2 Cast Stainless Exhaust Manifolds feature extra thick flanges to prevent cracking and warping. The manifolds are also designed for a smooth transition into the turbo hot side and don’t require modification to fit. Increased flow and reduced backpressure mean that you’ll make the most power possible with your new PowerMax turbos.

The Full-Race V2 Intercooler kit is the most hardcore, highest flowing charge air cooler (CAC) ever developed for the 2017+ Gen 2 / 2020+ Gen 3 Raptor and 2015+ Ford F-150 3.5L and 2.7L EcoBoost trucks. This kit comes with everything you need to increase performance for your Raptor and EcoBoost F-150, while supporting a variety of aftermarket bumper or winch upgrades. INSTALLATION NOTES
For easier removal of old turbos, spray penetrating oil on the turbo hardware, and let it soak overnight before you pull the turbos. Full-Race recommends applying high-temp anti-seize to all threaded surfaces upon installation. After installation, crank the engine with the throttle held down 100%. This will build oil pressure in the turbos, without starting your engine.
